- Route 32 heading into Ayutthaya downtown by King Naresuan bridge straight through two traffic lights to find Chao Sam Phraya National Museum right hand In contrast to University High School.
- Asian Highway No. 2, head over into Ayutthaya downtown by cross the bridge near Kasatrathiratch temple then turn righ and go along Authong Road pass the . Hospital turn left to find a traffic light , turn right will find Chao Sam Phraya National Museum on the left.
Visiting by train
- Stop at Ayutthaya Railway station then use the way by car on Route 32 can use motorbike service or cab at Railway station.
- Stop at Ayutthaya Railway station then take a boat to cross from the station to Chao Bramha market and then use motorbike service or cab of Kai Tia line.
