- Mr. Thong chai Thaiyarat, a resident in Toongyai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province found this during an excavation at Nang Ngai Cave located in Moo 2, Pak Praek Village, Bang Khan Sub-district, Bang Khan District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. He granted it to Department of Archeology and the National Museum 11 on 29 September 1998.
